OUR PROCESS
1. Consultation
Every project starts with a conversation. We sit down with you to understand your vision, your priorities, how you live your life, and how you want to live in the space.
2. Site Feasibility
We walk the property with you, assessing site conditions, access, and any constraints that will shape what's possible. Understanding the land early means your design fits the site from day one.
3. Design
With your vision and the site in hand, we move into concept development, drawings, and material and finish selection. As your designer and builder in one, there's no handoff between separate firms, and no gap between what looks good on paper and what's actually buildable.
4. Estimating & Budgeting
Using our Open-Book Cost-Plus model, we build a transparent, detailed estimate together. You'll always know where your money is going and how your decisions affect the budget.
5. Permitting & Planning
We handle the approvals and coordinating with the municipality so your project is cleared to move forward without delays.
6. Construction
This is where it all comes to life. We manage the build, coordinate subcontractors, and keep you informed every step of the way until we hand over the keys.
